We have recently started collaborating with MPM Productivity Management, and already I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with the professional nature and wide range of training programs that the company offers. One of the many advantages of the organized training sessions is certainly their substantive content developed according to APICS standards.
It is crucial to note that the training staff at MPM is not only well-versed theoretically but also possesses practical experience, significantly enriching the value of the training sessions. I highly recommend MPM to companies seeking to systematize their existing knowledge and gain new insights in the areas of logistics, production planning, and manufacturing.
Managing the Supply Chain within a group of several hundred suppliers, with a material list consisting of thousands of parts and an Order-to-Delivery process lasting several dozen days, is not easy. The complexity of business and the number of adaptations made for each customer correspond to the complexity of processes and result in numerous exceptions. Correctly arranging processes in such a scenario becomes quite a challenge. Having little previous experience can be advantageous in this regard. What matters most is perseverance, determination, and knowledge. In this regard, one can definitely count on the assistance of MPM.
After the MPR training - Master Planning of Resources - I saw how an experienced trainer and high-quality materials, which clearly distinguished the training, could help in understanding topics related to demand forecasting, sales and operations planning, as well as master production scheduling.
Certainly, in the future, I will strive to complete all APICS modules, and without hesitation, I will choose MPM for further training.
