For several years, MPM has been facilitating training sessions for our employees. Historically, we have exclusively utilized in-person sessions. However, amidst the pandemic, we made the strategic decision to transition to an online Supply Chain Management training format in May 2020.

MPM adeptly tailored the training program to align with the specific needs and expectations of our team.

Initially, there was some skepticism among our staff regarding the online format. However, after careful consideration of the advantages and disadvantages, we made the collective decision to proceed with the online training.

The training was conducted for a group of seven individuals over a four-day period, as per our request. Here are a few comments from participants immediately after the training:
