In 2010, we first engaged with MPM Company with the aim of providing our logistics consultants with specialized training. Our goal was to enhance their knowledge, systematize their understanding, and broaden their expertise with real-world business solutions from diverse industries. This approach was intended to better equip our consultants to understand and address the unique needs of our customers.

Through multiple discussions and working meetings with Bogusz Dworak, our coach, we were able to articulate our expectations and unique requirements. As a result, we organized closed APICS workshops tailored specifically for our company. This training format allowed nearly all logistics personnel in our organization to participate.

One notable outcome of the workshop was the systematization of knowledge on APICS standards and concepts, providing a common platform for communication among professionals across different companies. We appreciated Bogusz Dworak's approach, which seamlessly blended theory with real-life examples.
