Production management is no longer solely about operational planning and control; it's crucial to align all production decisions with a strategic aim. By June 2008, approximately 30 of our employees had attended training on production planning and control, resource planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. The training provided by MPM Productivity Management gave us a new perspective on this area, greatly aiding our work.

When recognizing the need to reorganize the demand forecasting process in our company, we decided to participate in the Fundamentals of Forecasting training offered by MPM Productivity Management, which proved ideal for our needs.

As a result of the training, we identified weaknesses in our existing processes, learned methods to improve it, and were shown how to enhance the quality of our forecasts. Other practical issues discussed during the training, such as the choice of priorities, cooperation with customers, and the design, implementation, and management of the forecasting process, were also extremely beneficial.

The training environment had a wonderful atmosphere and excellent organization, constituting yet another strength. Mr. Bogusz Dworak, our trainer, demonstrated his vast knowledge of the subject and relevant profound experience, presenting the discussed topics in a clear and engaging manner.

The Fundamentals of Forecasting is another training module offered by MPM in which we had the pleasure to participate in. Like previous sessions, this one was very well organized, both in terms of preparation of materials and the excellent delivery by the trainer.
