We received support from MPM in reviewing our supply chain to North America to achieve our cost-saving goals. MPM guided us through the project with a structured approach yet remained flexible and responsive to our requests and ideas. We received high levels of support during and between scheduled meetings, addressing both general questions and detailed analysis. Our project resulted in a transition plan for our supply chain to the US, promising significant savings and improved flexibility and service levels for our customers. Lastly, it was a pleasant experience collaborating with our contacts at MPM, and we would gladly consult them for future projects.
