The Case Explorer Project, carried out in Dell by MPM company, comprised of 5 CPIM modules and was conducted in an innovative way. This involved exploring different management mechanisms for specific problems and solutions, using examples of companies participating in the workshop. The knowledge gained during the training will enable the Planning Department staff to improve production planning processes to enhance order portfolio management. The workshops were conducted by very competent trainers, with an excellent base and organization of content, always providing honest and complete answers. Currently, our whole team is preparing for examinations in order to gain the certification. The fantastic atmosphere and brilliant organization of the training are yet another advantage.
